About the LT Modern product Line
The LT Modern is a new twist on our timeless sheds. All buildings are available in your choice of Horizontal solid T&G Cedar or Rough Sawn Fir Siding. Construction includes 2"x 4" kiln dried spruce framing, 5/8" plywood sheeting, metal roof (on a 1/12 pitch), etched glass transom windows (3 max), and a modern cedar 36" door with etched glass. Pressure treated floor collar is provided for level ground (where applicable). Standard wall height is 8' from the floor to the top of the fascia, with an 8" overhang on all 4 sides.
