About the Dover product Line
The Dover style is comprised of a main structure and an additional wing. It includes a single side door and double French doors on the wing side. The roof features a 2″x6″ truss system, finished in plywood, ready for customer-supplied shingles. All walls are framed with 2″ x 4″ kiln-dried spruce and include a pressure-treated floor collar suitable for secure attachment to a concrete pad or foundation. The wall height measures 96″. Rough-sawn fir is used for the siding, and the exterior door, corner, and fascia trim are crafted from Western Red Cedar. Please note that shingles and flooring are not included in the kit.
