About the Cape Cod product Line
The Cape Cod style features a primary structure complemented by an additional wing. It includes a single side door and double French doors on the wing side. The roof is constructed with a 2″x6″ truss system, finished in plywood, ready for customer-supplied shingles. The walls are framed with 2″ x 4″ kiln-dried spruce and include a pressure-treated floor collar, suitable for attachment to a concrete pad or foundation. The wall height stands at 96″. The exterior is finished with rough-sawn fir siding, with the door, corner, and fascia trim crafted from Western Red Cedar. Please note that shingles and flooring are not included in the kit.
