Limestone Trail has introduced a new formal building called the Flex Octagon. The new shape borrows similar roof components from the gazebo. Two extended flat sections of the octagon create an oval shaped floor plan.
The flexibility of this shape allows for numerous uses such as a comfortable sitting room off a deck, a spa enclosure or an attractive Bunkie at the cottage. The softer corners of the building create more possibilities for locating the building in a corner or around a pool deck.

STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS: Flex Octagon buildings are available in rough sawn fir siding. The straight pitch roof is framed in spruce and shingled with western red shingles. The top ridge is capped in copper with decorative finials. A pressure treated floor collar is supplied to fix the walls to a cement pad or wood deck. Two fixed-square windows with mullions, single (36") T&G cedar door, cedar posts and roof ridge caps are standard. Complete kits can be easily assembled in 1 day. PST and GST applicable on kits. GST only on installed units.

TERMS: Flex octagons are custom manufactured to your order and specifications, a 25% working deposit is required prior to manufacture, payable by VISA/MasterCard or cheque. The balance is payable by cheque on completion of installation.
